The Northwest Tennessee Development District Executive Committee and Northwest Tennessee Human Resource Agency Governing Board will be holding their Board Meeting at 10:00 A.M. on Friday June 12, 2026. The meeting will be held at the Northwest Tennessee Development District and Human Resource Agency conference room located at 124 Weldon Drive, Martin, TN 38237.
Notice for Request for Proposal
The Northwest Tennessee Human Resource Agency Nutrition Program in Martin, Tennessee will accept sealed bids for a food service contract to provide meals to senior citizens and adults with disabilities. The awarded contract shall serve from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029.
The Northwest Tennessee Human Resource Agency currently has 14 meal sites in the nine counties in the Northwest District. Currently, the district serves approximately 550 meals (fresh, pre-plated, bulk, boxed lunches, and/ or shelf staple) per day. Meals are to be delivered to each site daily.

Solicitation of Providers
Notice is hereby given that the Northwest Tennessee Development District (NWTDD), acting through the Northwest Tennessee Area Agency on Aging and Disability (AAAD), is soliciting applications from qualified providers for the provision of the following services for the contract period July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2030. If approved, four individual 12-month fiscal year contracts will be made covering each year.
Homemaker Services; In-Home Respite; Personal Care; Nutrition Services (Food Provider); Legal Assistance; Senior Center Services; Public Guardian Legal Services and Coordinated Transportation.
Proposed services include the following counties in Northwest Tennessee: Benton, Carroll, Crockett, Dyer, Gibson, Henry, Lake, Obion and Weakley
